Secretary Sheryl Peterson, Senior Pastor Mark Evinger, Worship Leader Jenny Naatz-Smith
Senior Pastor and WifePastor Mark and Melinda Evinger have been serving at Salem Road since August of 1996. Melinda also works full-time as a medical secretary at the Mayo Clinic. Pastor Mark is a graduate of Multnomah Bible College('77) and Western Conservative Baptist Seminary ('85), both located in Portland, OR. Mark completed most of his seminary training at Grace Theological Seminary in Winona Lake, IN ('79-'81). He has served churches in Evansville, IN (Oak Hill Presbyterian); Portland, OR (First Covenant); and Wetaskiwin, AB, Canada (Malmo Mission Covenant).
Worship LeaderJenny Naatz-Smith has held and truly enjoyed this position since 1998. She gives praise to God that He has made it possible for her to serve Him in such an exciting as well as fun manner!

Church SecretarySheryl Peterson has served as the secretary at Salem Road Covenant Church since the fall of 1987, working for three senior pastors, which makes her the longest lasting employee. Though she went to college to become a teacher, she has truly felt a calling and contentment in her role of communication and administrator. She enjoys the variety that her part-time job brings, serving both staff and congregation.
